Position: Day Program Skills Instructor Location: Wakefield, MA | Woburn, MA | Beverly, MA Pay rate: $20.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)

Summary & Responsibilities
The Day Program Skills Instructor is an integral role in our Day Services Program that teaches adaptive daily living skills to Individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their work skills through classroom and community services.
Think creatively and adapt your own interests (art, music, cooking, health & fitness) to develop curriculum to teach individuals new skills
Mentor Individuals, assess needs, create and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) to enhance independence
Plan and oversee community-based activities
Provide personal care and assistance to individuals consistent with individual needs as they strive to reach their goals
Qualifications
High School diploma required (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred
A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
